ABOUT US

The Connecticut Center for School Change consults with school districts to improve student outcomes. The Center uses a system-wide, integrated approach focused on improving instructional practice and building leadership across all levels of a school system to achieve district goals. We believe school improvement is realizable through strong leadership, hard work, organizational focus and program coherence.  Our goal is to help all districts teach all students to achieve at high standards.

The Center supports comprehensive reform through a combination of grants, technical assistance, leadership development programs, conferences/seminars, research and application of best practices. Established in 1994 by the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund, the Center became an independent 501(c)(3) organization in January 1999.
